chore: remove nanoclaw legacy skills and scripts

Browse Source 
Remove 9 inherited skills (Qodo, update-ejclaw, add-* addons,
update-skills) and restart-ejclaw-stack.sh that came from the
nanoclaw fork and are no longer used.
