chore(gitignore): backend/data/ 추가 (LGBM 학습 체크포인트)

리뷰어가 호스트에서 backend/data/ 가 untracked 로 잡힌 걸 발견. LGBM
체크포인트는 런타임 산출물이라 커밋되면 안 됨.
