EJClaw 7c8c5af4bb Add visible-window party prank app (no tray/hide) ...

Single-file HTML prank app the friend runs with the window always visible.
Reversible gags only (fake BSOD, fake virus->joke+confetti, screen crack,
glitch, fireworks, beep); any key/ESC/click dismisses. No file writes,
no autostart, no hiding, no network.
